We all feel stuck at times despite a strong desire for well-being. An important first step in seeking help is to find the right fit. If you have a mindfulness practice already, or have a sincere interest in developing a practice that you can use to cultivate a reliable sense of well-being, I am interested in working with you.
We have all learned relational patterns that once helped us survive, but may now inhibit our full expression of who we really are. Should we agree to work together, we can build on your strengths and invite your true voice into dialogue. My goal is to help you realize more choice no matter what life hands you.
I work with a diverse range of adults who may experience depression, anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, relationship issues, grief, or simply challenging life transitions. My approach is honest, collaborative, strength-oriented, holistic and effective. I look forward to meeting with you.
